How do I catch my spouse cheating?
I think my husband is cheating with a woman at his work. Everytime I go to his work, she glares at me, and basically treats me like crap. When I ask him what the heck her problems is he usually says, "who knows" and basically blows me off. They send stupid text messages back and forth, nothing obvious but just like name calling, let’s smoke, your a freak, stuff like that. what the heck???

I’d be a tad worried if I were you…
It seems like hubby is telling her not-so-nice stuff about you, and she’s giving him ‘comfort,’ of some sort.
Ask him how he’d like it if you tell your male friends all the things that go on in your relationship, and see how he feels when they stare *him* down… I guarantee, you’d see a hypocrite, in no time flat, cause he wouldn’t like it.
As for co-worker, I’d just ask her what the hell her prob is.
Get a PI, no sense in witnessing this in person.
Ask her what her problem is.
tell him that you are going out of town and don’t, if he is going to do anything he will do it when he knows your not around. keep a really close watch on him. or you could always hire a private investigator!!
When you think he may have just been with her. Try to go down on him. If he doesn’t let you, he has her stink on him.

yeah an affair tell him hes stupid and he needs to stop with the texting anyways why would he be friends with someone that treats you hus WIFE like crap… just get a friend to drive you to his job a couple days a week and see what he does when he come out believe me if hes cheating with her they willcome out together
Yes, he is hiding secrets from you. They are flirting and only a matter of time before it goes further.
He is flirting and getting attention from this woman. If I were you I would have a quiet word with her and tell her that although you know they are only workmates its making you uncomfotable and could she cool it down.
If this doesn’t work its obvious to me that she fancies your man and there could be problems arising at work between them.
Also if you do speak to this woman tell your husband for goodness sake or he will think you are going behind his back deliberately to ruin his ego.
Tell your husband you love him and his behaviour is hurting you.
If all else fails then I would be very suspicious of these two and think long and hard about my relationsip.

I would just straight out ask him. Catch him offguard and see what his reaction is.
Tell him that someone told you that he was cheating with her.
By the msgs., doesn’t sound like he’s actually cheating. It sounds like she is attracted to him, and is getting close to him as a "buddy". But beware of those buddy’s. You need to make it very clear to her that he is your man. And sit down and have a serious talk with your husband. Ask him straight out what’s going on with this girl. Tell him that you’re tired of getting the stink eye from her everytime you come into his place of business. If there is anything going on between them, believe me, you will be able to tell through his body language, and eye contact. Also if he gets defensive. A faithful husband should NEVER get defensive over another woman against his wife unless he has something to hide.
Why don’t you just ask him if he’s cheating?

Seriously, he’s your husband. So put your foot down with HIM, not her. She’s not the problem, your husband is. Whatever’s going on, he’s allowing it to happen. Because the way my husband and I work is any lady friend of his is a friend of mine. If they try to avoid me, then THEY have the wrong intentions and the friendship is over. We both feel strongly about this.
The person you need to speak with is your husband. You already think he’s cheating. Ask him. Talk to him. Find out.

I heard that there are people who are professional honey traps i.e. men/women who flirt with your spouse to see if they bite the bait. Maybe you can hire one of these. This will not specifically prove your suspicions about your husband’s co-worker but at least it will give you an indication as to his overall fidelity.
Do you have to catch him T? Do you think he doesn’t know about the stuff YOU have been doing?
start watching the phone bill. See who he is talking to for so long. Google the phone numbers and see who they belong too. Ask questions and remember what he says. They a few days later ask something else and see if the answer is the same. Call any numbers back that you dint know and find out who they belong to. If one is a girl ask why is she sending texts to your spouse. If he said he was going to a certain place one night drive by there when he is suppose to be there. But remember all things come to light at some point. It just may take some time. But he will slip up one day and you will have your prove. Be patient
Go up to her and say, "oh, YOU’RE the one who is always texting MY husband". "What’s up with that?" "Do you always text other people’s husbands cause I see a TON coming just from you alone". "I’m not too crazy about you texting my husband 6-8 times every day—so what up with all this?"
