can a print out of e-mail prove wife is cheating?
ok pretty much in a short story i got my wife to sign seperation papers and then she disapeared now i decided to get into her myspace and her e-mails and found that she was sending a friend that she had letters stating that she was cheating on me with 4 other men (the friend she was sending e-mails to was not any of these men it was just a friend at college) So basically she admited to this person that she cheated on me and from the dates show we were still together is this something i can use against her in court or is it illegal for me to get into her account. I did no hacking of any sort to get into e-mails i just simply answered the questions to reset the password. This is also all happening in the state of Virginia I just thought I would include that laws may be different here thank you for any information

stop all the melodrama already. If there are no kids involved, drop the lady and get away as fast as you can. Once a cheater, always a cheater. If she admitted to being with four other guys already, who knows what diseases she may already have….. multiple sex partners is like reverse AMWAY only with deadly disease and worse results.
If you ain’t got no kids with the chick, sign any kind of divorce she will agree too and get her gone. Who cares what the reason is, if the judge will sign off on it, then get it done. A bad marriage can be fixed in court. STD’s are forever, and you can’t get a divorce from that…..

I’ve known two cases of divorce where the person that filed for divorce were the ones cheating and it didn’t seem to hurt their case. They were still able to take 1/2 of their husband’s estate and get custody of the children. For some reason, infidelity doesn’t seem to matter.
I dont know what a Virgina Court will do with the Email but you may have broken a federal criminal law by getting into her Email. How is this different than what the guy did from Tennessee who broke into Sarah Palin’s Email? I think he guessed her birthday and then reset password. He is now in big trouble with the feds. (then again it may be legal but I would not be so sure that you have not illegally broken into her account). In the future do not get in anyone’s Email without their permission. You should talk to a very good lawyer.,
I am a scientist! Whether someone is cheating or not has no bearing on the divorce or property settlement. The court does not care who was shagging who.

I believe in a marriage, there should be sharing of information including email accounts, personal social network sites accounts, because there shouldn’t be secrets in marriage unless there is reason for it!
Just get a divorce. What does it matter whether she was cheating or not. Your marriage is over bud.
If you live in a state where there is alimony, then email isn’t enough. You can float any fiction you want online. It’s fiction. Unless you have some other proof, it ain’t gonna fly.
Getting into her email account is already illegal, she cheated on you or who ever cheats does it really matter anymore? Just get divorce and over and done with.. easy.. both can be happy with different partner.

Your marriage is over, you were wronged, now get over it.
