Sounds like a little bit of a lot is going on. You deployed and yes she’s missing you and lonely for sure. Rather she’s cheating i couldn’t say, but that guy friend isn’t someone i’d allow to get off the hook so easy either. He surely knows the state of mind she’s in and seems like he’s using that to his advantage to see how far he can get with her. I’m sorry to say but this is a situation that so many of our soldiers and even contracted over seas workers are going through. Your there for your family and our country. My brother is going through the same thing, but now he’s preparing himself for the good and the bad of what could be or couldn’t be with his marriage. You have to keep a clear head no matter how much you love your wife. Right now your deployed and have far more on your plate. God knows and see’s all, and once you make it back home to your wife the truth either way will come out. But garanteed that so called friend will be no where around. You should text, or email him with your concerns.

I don’t know about the friend. Maybe she is searching for a male figure for comfort since you’re not around. You say you’re married but then you said they were in HER room. If she is living in a home that belongs to the two of you then why is she (as a married woman) throwing parties in your house while you are not present & people are getting so drunk that someone needs to "guard the bed" for her. That’s odd. Why would she have other men in your home that she believes are a sexual threat to her when drunk? Not cool in my opinion.

I am a military wife and my husband has been gone for 14 months he left when i was pregnant and i know that i changed but my husband did also did too. It is hard to be by yourself, but she shouldn’t be hanging with your Friends and i don’t get drunk but she try to love her and let her know that your are faithful and you would like her to do the same.

thats a really hard one. she could be cheating which all the signs are there but those who cheat seem to try a little harder to hide it. like when talking or whatever she would try to make it last as long as she can because she wouldn’t want you to think she’s cheating. the drinking and partying could be how she is dealing with you being deployed. thats got to be really hard to have your husband one day and then he has to go away and then your left to deal with home by yourself their is no "us" while your deployed it turns into and "i" and she might not know how to cope with that. your male friends that she’s hanging out with could be her way of trying to be closer to you. she obviouly cant see you everyday so including those who have things in common with you may make it easier for her. the 1 friend might just really be protecting her. she is in a very vulnerable position and any guy can walk up to her while shes drunk and say hell take "care of her while your gone" so your friend might really just be an awesome friend whose looking out for your wife so something bad doesn’t happen. talk to her, tell her your concerns, tell her that you love her and miss her. tell her you don’t expect her to say it just because you do. you want her to be honest and not pretend. realize tho that maybe she does run out of things to say while on the phone because right now your in 2 different parts of the world and she doesn’t want you to worry about home while your there, but then maybe she doesn’t want to talk to long because she’s concerned about you and she doesn’t want you to pick up on how worried she is. if she doesn’t love you anymore then maybe that was fading before you left because 2 months away is a very short time to fall out of love.

parties/booze/guys/home-alone/.. she’s not cheating she’s just having fun.. like sowing her oats… she’ll be fine….when you get home just make-sure she’s taken-care of….
