He was cheated on before by an ex four years ago. After he left her he immediately started to see me. It’s been four years since we have been together, and he left two weeks ago to vacation with a female friend of his in Thailand and they will be staying at the same hotel. My question is I wanted to trust him that he will remain faithful since he has experienced what it is like to have your loved one cheat on you, but what if he takes advantage of my trust? This female friend that he has gone to Thailand with was a girl he met in college, he had tried to pursue her when they were both in undergrad but she rejected his advances, but they have remained good friends and have kept in close contact. My boyfriend and I even attended her birthday party once, and interestingly she snapped photos of all the other couples there that night, but not of me and my bf.
