If they had just been friends and he wasn't attracted to her, then possibly the trip is okay. I wouldn't be happy with this, but if you object, he will think you are too clingy, but if you let it go, you are a doormat to be walked on. I would wait till he comes back and if he grabs you quick for you-know-what, he probably didn't cheat, but if he's not dying to get you into bed right away, he probably cheated and is satisfied.
