What does it mean when you have the same dream, over and over, about your wife cheating with someone else?
We’ve been together for 6 years, but I’ve never seen any signs that she’s cheated, or that she has feelings for another.
I wake up and it feels soooo real, and hurts so bad, like she really did cheat…… how do I stop having these dreams?
I’ve never suspected her of cheating, and there is no evidence that she is, but still I’m having these dreams…..

It’s yourself you’re seeing in your wife.I’m not saying that you’re really cheating.As humans we judge others by what we might do if given the chance.
It means you were asleep.
It may just mean that you are seeing something in your relationship with your wife that is lacking. Maybe something you haven’t been doing that you think you should.
It means that you subconsciously have concerns about your wife cheating.
It means you are worried about it while sleeping.
It means that it is something you fear. It is not any sort of indication of her straying.
That means you need to quit the drugs.
Aw thats so sad. Well i would say there must be somthing going on. Have you confronted her about it? Try that first before you jump to conclusions. Also have you seen any evidense? Here are some possible acts that she is cheating on you.
-gets home late
-makes up excuses [a new excuse everyday]
-flirts with your friends or co workers.
i hope everything turns out okay with the marriage. Dont assume its true all because of a dream, or should i say nightmare.
It is just a dream so let it go.
It simply means that you are dwelling on it and it is bleeding into your subconscience. If you have no reason to suspect she is cheating, let it go!
Its simply a dream. You could have doubts or fears about your wife cheating, & they’re revealing themselves in your subconscious state. Dont confront her, because your dreaming is hardly her fault, just subtly look for signs maybe, but don’t go in to a typical paranoid state & start interpreting everything she says to mean something else, because thats not fair on her at all as she could, & most probably IS totally innocent & it will also drive yet another rift between you both, but this time a REAL one!
Hey Josh, I can only answer this question with more questions. The first would be: Have you ever cheated on anyone? And the second would be : Have you ever been cheated on?
If the answer is yes to either 1, the chances are that your subconscious Is just remembering this. The best time to "tune in" to your subconscious is when you are asleep.
I doubt if she’s cheating on you if you have never seen any signs. It’s just something triggering a part of your subconscious. I wouldn’t worry too much.

I hope the dreams don’t occur in your living room…as in they are real and you are sleepwalking.
I have dreams that my spouse is cheating now and then. Most of the time they occur after we’ve had a big fight or if we haven’t been connecting. However, I also have dreams that he was killed or lost somehow. I don’t interpret any of them as true. They still make me feel anxious, as of course I love my husband and don’t want to lose him - for any reason.
I assume you also have fears of losing your wife. You can just try working on making yourself feel more secure in your relationship. Maybe spend more time with your wife and make sure she knows you care.
It could mean that you feel guilty about something you’ve done. The thought of her doing something equally as degrading may be wearing your nerves thin. Forgive yourself and get a good night’s sleep.
