You can claim EVERYTHING but your state has laws that determine what is maritial property and how it is to be divided up and the judge MUST follow the letter of the law….
You can harass her via different methods but that will get you legal troubles and a possible law suit she will win….
You see, revenge always comes back and slaps the revengeful person in the face, often harder than the revenge they have dished out.

Let it go, same thing happened to me. My ex wife is no longer with the ahole she cheated on me with and is alone. I found somebody who is much more caring, beautuiful inside and out and has bigger breast lol. My ex wife has called me a few times tellin me how sorry she is for what she did and that she let a great man get away and she regrets it and wish it would go back to the way it was. All I say is that everthing happens for a reason and I am in a much better place now. Karma is a biatch!!!
