What are signs of cheating? Is my BF cheating?
My bf and I been together for 3 years…Lately hes been getting mad at me for simple things. One time at 6:00 he called me, I was in the bathroom getting ready and didn’t hear my cell. I called back he was sooo mad, and it ruined my day. I know he doesn’t trust me. He talks to his Exs, which doesn’t bother me to much but at the same time it does. He always says that I’m cheating. He hasn’t answered my text in 2 hours….He’s always depressed….He always says ‘I feel distant for some reason’….I feel like he does that himself, and wants to be depressed. One time I was crying and he basically didn’t want to deal with it. Hes suppose to fly in a few hours (1pm) and honestly if he is cheating I prefer he just tell me. Why waste both our time? He even used to call me wife (We had plans to get married) but wont anymore..
It hurts, but my heart is breaking…I can’t picture him out of my life….We were each others first and he only started acting like this about 2 months ago…It hurts but for some reason something in my chest is telling me hes not faithful. Please help?
What are the signs?
Is he cheating? Or am I just paranoid?
I have no history of being a jealous girl.

Well, sorry to read all of this happening. Granted, I am a guy, but I have been cheated on quite a bit, it is always hurtful, heart breaking and makes you feel like you are nothing at all. So, these are the signs from being cheated on by some of my girlfriends.
1. Accusing you of cheating: First and foremost, if a person is cheating, and is accusing you of cheating, it is his/her guilt being projected onto you. Much of it is pointing the finger at the other in order to justify their actions.
2. Gets mad if you accuse them: Another red flag of cheating is this. Much like a child who broke the win downwith a baseball, getting mad is an act of seeming either upset at the accusation, or acting as if trust was broken. However, it is actual anger due to feeling that one will be caught and what has been done in the dark, will come to light.
3. Starts to be more affectionate: When a person is cheating, they can become more loving and affectionate to their partner, while it may have some real, genuine truth to it, it is more out of guilt for knowing that what they are doing, is going to hurt you when the truth, if ever, comes out.
4. Slumming it/Dressing up: If they have a beau behind closed doors, how the dress and take care of themselves is a indicator. If while around you, they do not dress up nicely, bathe or shower often, or have any good personal hygeine, it is a sign that they want you to not be pyshcially attracted to you. However, if they dress up just to go to the store, the mall, wherever they are off to, they may be trying to interest their beau with a new outfit that they will not wear around you, be it, pant, shirts, dresses, underwear is a strong one. New pair of underwear in your girl’s drawer, or new boxer briefs or something skimpy in your guys stash that they do not wear for you is a sign someone else has.
5. Secertive: If they are reading a text, or e-mail, and you walk by, and they quickly exit or close the screen, it is something they do not want you to see. If they get a phone call and seem very upset with the person, and when asked they act flakey, it could be a side lover.
6. Something new: seeing a gift that your loved one just received and it seems somewhat intimate, and it did not come from you, is a tell tale sign that something is amiss.
7. Most important one of all…Gut Feeling: This one was the one that gave me the insight to know when a girl was cheating on me. If they are out late, and you have this sick, naggin feeling that they are out doing something they should not be doing, more than likely, they are. Always go with your instincts when it comes to romance and infidelity. If you feel in your gut and your heart, listen to it.
Granted, not all of these signs mean for sure, one is cheating. But the gut feeling one can help you gather your feelings up, to do your own judgement and to see with your own eyes what is going on.
I know, I would rather be straight broken up with, then to find out that someone I loved cheated on me. It is a heart breaking situation, but, just remember, if you are not good enough for that person now, you never will. However, somwhere in the world, there is someone who you will be the world to, and when you find that, it will be all worth it in the end…..good luck:)

Sounds like the signs of cheating: ignoring calls, taking long to respond, getting mad when you’re out, accuses you of cheating, telling you you’re acting distant (telling you it’s YOU who’s the problem).
He could be a) getting you to break up with him b) dealing with a guilty conscience and blaming you for his predicament.
Bring it up to him. If he gets defensive, flips the situation around on you, gets really angry…then you probably have it!
