STD-Clameida-Pregnant?

So in about May of this year, my husband and I went for infertility treatments. Afterwards a couple weeks later, my husband and I could no longer make love, as it became way to painful. So we called the clinic and asked is this normal, they said yes.. So time went on and we went for a second IUI. Afterwards it was just too painful so continue so we stopped going. Sex has NEVER been the same since we went for that, So I am studying Naturopathic Medicine, so I deciede to do a thesis paper on infertility, and use myself as a test subject. Doing this I went of 6 different homeopathic remedies and one naturopathic remedy called TFE, which repairs any damage done to your reproductive system. Come the end of July sex is still extremely painful, however we find out we are expecting…So they send us for an ultrasound at 5 weeks, and then our first pre-natal appointment was at 5 months pregnant. I live in Canada, and studying medicine, I was very peeved that until a week ago they had not done a blood test, they had not done a pap test, they had done nothing. I didnt even know if the baby was still alive inside of me. However last visit we had a strong heart beat. However the doctor said to me well you had your last pap test just before you had your IUI done so its not routine we do another one until a year has passed. So I say okay, well can I still ask for one. So she ended up giving me one and it came back postive that I have clamedia. I started to freak out, thinking my god how long have we had this… As there is no cheating in this relationship, im 100 percent on that. Anyways so I put it on speaker phone so my husband can hear, and I ask, what are the symptoms? She replied with every symtom I had felt immediantly after my IUI. My husband started to freak out off course.. So we have difianlty reported this infertility clinic, as clamedia is a reason why a couple CANNOT get pregnant, and I woulndt put it passed a private clinic to induce some patience that they know will spend alot of money to get pregnant with clamedia so they dont get pregnant… We had already spent 3,000 for treatment and then we were just about to pay 10,000 for an IVF. Thankfully we got pregnant, and THANKFULLY I requested an PAP test. However here is my question, we just found out so we dont know much about what is going to happen to this pregnancy.
Will I have to have a C-Section now?
Is my baby sufferring from this?
Will sex still be painful after treatment?

I am concerned because we are 5 months pregnant and I have not gained any weight. I asked the doctor but off course I got, that’s normal.

So frusterated, after your study medicine and then see how many procedures and steps and what doctos could be doing for you, but dont, it has amazed me… who doesnt get atleast a pap test within their first 5 months f pregnancy to make sure you dont have an STD or Aids…. GUR
TJTB: Homepathic are wacked jobs??? Obviously you DID NOT read what I wrote, as they only reason why I AM PREGNANT is because of treamtment from them, we got Clamedia form a REAL DOCTORS OFFICE! it was an inferility clinic.
TO UNKNOWN: Sometimes people really dont cheat. We were dead on that we got an STD from the TOOLS used to do an IUI. An IUI is a tool that is recycled from patient to patient, it is inserted up into your cervix. I spoke with the infertility clinic after I wrote this, and wow, this is not the only case reported, so guess what! investigation of their clinic will now happen!! They did not properly CLEAN their instruments!! By the way, you can also get STD’s from NEEDLES and from TATOO parlours so perhaps you should do some more research before you tell me I or my husband are unfaithful. STD’s can be contracted other ways.
