My ex is exposing my children to an extramarital affair;is this wrong?
Ok, so here’s the whole big mess. I was wife number four; I was young, and did not get a lawyer. He got primary residential parent. We divorced seven years ago. Wife number five arrived two weeks after our divorce was final. They divorced a year later. Six months later, he was married again to wife number six. The relationship lasted a few years, they adopted a baby privately, and are in the midst of a divorce. He now has bought a house for himself, the kids, and his still-married girlfriend. I was NOT informed of the divorce or the new married girlfriend my ex was bringing my kids around for three months. The children were told to keep it a secret from me. He has periodically called Child Protective Services on me, which never lead up to anything. My children come home for visitation telling me about the horrible things he tells them about me. I have documented all of this, as I feel the multiple divorces, extramarital affair, and Mom-bashing are emotionally harming my children. Will it hold water in court?

It’s time to go back to court for custody hearing six wife. Get a good lawyer. Your children must be all most teen. In most cases they can decide who they want to live with.
if he’s using your children in anything harmful-that can be a big no no-I’d bring it up.
as far as holding water–
that can be difficult you must prove this is going on.
More than likely, there is nothing you can do about it. I think it sucks, but being a crappy parent as long as they are not abusive is unlikely to change anything.
To be fair - women do this all the time - parading their new studs in front of their children. I think it’s awful.
Your lawyer should be able to tell you this. Don’t try to accomplish this without one.

Children need love and stability..not having people in and out of their lives..being healthy for your own children is a wise thing to do..children need both parents to live them and provide for them
If you want you children back..get all documentations in order..get yoruself a good lawyer and file in court.

Yeah it’s wrong as can be,usually it’s the guy that gets that kind of treatment.
The fact that he has been married so many times and divorced shows that he cannot provide a stable emotional environment for your children. You will have to say that you don’t feel safe with the fact that your children are influenced by so many different women cause you want them to be raised the way you believe that is the best.
You can also say that the father is more busy finding new girlfriends than raising his children- have you ever thought that he might be a sex addict????check that one out

Any man who has six wives clearly has issues that would stand up in court.
Morally what he is doing is selfish and in my opinion he has crossed the line by exploiting these children to yet another one of his future ex wives, but looking at it from a legal stand point, and knowing our court system, I really doubt your accusations will have any positive effect in a court of law, unless these children are being physically abused, or if the home that they live in is unkempt and filthy, you are simply wasting your time. However you can have him served with a gag order, this will prevent him from bad mouthing you in front of the children. This man is quite a catch, and I don’t mean that as a good thing, what I really don’t get is why women keep marrying him, or even hooking up with him, as his track record with relationships should be a good indicator that this man is not marriage material, one or even two divorces I can accept, but 6, hello, does anyone see a pattern here?
Most men are selfish. They even see children as their prize possession and would use them for his own interest without taking consideration their welfare.
