wife cheating, I want custody on my 2 kids what do I do?
my kids are a girl(6) and a boy(4). wife is cheating or atleast in love with some one i know, she doesn’t know that i know, all she tells me is that she doesn’t love me and doesn’t care about trying to make it work. I have old telephone bills that show how many calls, how long, and how many text messages have been sent to this person. i saw a text calling her "mami" and "i love you". those are the clues i have and i’m desperate because i gave her everything. she didn’t even finish high school and now with my help and support she was going to finish and get a career.
I live in a 3 unit home, my parents live in one and i live in the other. my kids love their grand parents and i know my kids are better if they live with me and have their grand parents close by. if she leaves with them, they’ll live and deal with strange people. and i don’t want them to see their mom with other men. they are just too young. what do i do?

Depending on which state you live in, the laws are either going to favor you or, like here in MD, her. Your best bet is to talk to a lawyer in your state ASAP. I’d find a female one at that, so that if thing goes to court, you’ll at least have that going for you.
If I knew what I know now about how courts favor women so unfairly, I would have had a pre-nup with my marriage, even though I trust my wife completely.
there is a limited ammount you can do, you can try to file for sole custody, but cheating isnt a crime and that alone wont give you custody, or more likely , get joint physical custody and have them half the time.
get a divorce and take custody of ur kid and get all the information and phone bills u have and take it to court
Get a lawyer and let them do the paper work for you.
The only thing that you can do is hire an attorney and tell him everything. Show him your proof and tell him what it is that you want from the divorce. Good luck.
File for divorce and say she is at fault. That she wouldn’t be able to provide for them emotionally or financially like you would. You would insure that they keep their loving home and they will have family who loves them close by. That you don’t need or want any assistance from her at all, you just want your kids. Just mainly talk from the heart and use your proof if her infidelities. It wouldn’t hurt if you could find a receipt for hotel stay or jewelry that would help out your case.

You need a lawyer ASAP, you proably have to fight for joint custody with you having residency with the kids, you won’t win for sole custody, she isn’t a bad mother, just a bad wife no means to take the kids away from her, she is not a danger to them.
Talk to your wife and tell her you want to give her time to think things are, so you recommend you separate for awhile. Tell her that since you have your family so close that it might be easier to have her move out on her own and after a while you both will figure out what to do next.
The thing is once she is out of the house this will allow you to show that you already have a stable home life to raise your children. Since the courts don’t like to disrupt the lives of children they just may let you retain the full custody you already have.
