I was going to read this entire question but once I got to the part "she wants to end the marriage" I quit reading. If she wants to end it, let her go. Do you want to force someone into spending their life with you when they don’t want to be with there? She very well may be cheating but she can’t be more honest than when she says she "wants to end the marriage".

First, Check her cell phone records and see who she is texting… Also you can hire a private investigator or maybe you could have a friend follow her. Be careful that both headlights are working. HA I have obviously done this before. Thats how I was caught! Seriously, get all the proof you can b/c you might need it in court to prove your case. It sucks but know that your gonna be okay no matter what. Things could always be worse. Good luck!
