no matter what he is doing do yourself a favor and blow him off for a while. some guys pull that crap if they think they have you wrapped around their finger and will stay.

do the simple thing and make a decision right now. if it hurts bad enough and you don’t want it to continue then dump him. also don’t make the mistake of taking him back "fool me once, shame on you. fool me twice, shame on me…".

You are in a situation called "Spare Girlfriend". He doesn’t really want to be with you anymore, but he doesn’t want to let you go until he has another girl (or three) lined up. Guys like this love to brag about the girls they’re leading on to their other guy friends- they think it makes them more manly.

In other words, he sees you as a pathetic doormat for him to use. Get some self esteem & dump him. You’ll never feel good about yourself while you are with him. Real men don’t do stuff like this. Go find yourself a real guy.
