How do I catch a cheating spouse when I have provable suspicions but no hard-core evidence?
I have emails between the two. He has admitted to me that he’s been to her house and that he has meetings with her to discuss "work" (he is self-employed and works from home. She is just an affiliate.) Whenever I ask questions (ANY questions, not just about her), he gets angry and starts yelling at me to drop it. Rather suspicious, don’t ya think?

Monitor their Internet and email activity closely; also carefully review all cell phone bills (especially those that itemize every call), bank statements and credit card bills. Try to match expenditures to known business activities (i.e. flights, dinners and hotels) and be suspicious of those that don’t match your recollection.
Frist thing is that by defnation a suspicion is not provable , now thats out of the way , have a look at his phone bill, cred card statements, cell phone last called list , and see what is what, then come back to us.

Look into getting GPS software for her car. The technology is incredible. I agree, look ar cell phone records, detailed. The detailed records give you the area the call was made. Checkmate is a kit to dtetermine if she has had sex with another man. GPS technology will show you the way. If she is text messaging, it will very difficult to track. Good Luck
Enlist in your friends help. A cheating spouse will very likely fantasize about your hot friend. Ask your friend to hit on your spouse when you are not around. The cheater will think that they are getting a chance to get laid and your friend is giving you the proof you need. Of course, make sure it is someone you trust and someone you know would only go far enough to get the evidence you need, no further. This is how I caught my ex cheating on me…
here’s what you can do…. and first let me just point out, you better have good evidence that they are cheating. Fortunately we live in a society where we can buy anything we want. If your spouse has a cell phone. you can buy his/her phone records, and pretty much get all activity outgoing and incoming including text messages from that particular phone number. The cost ranges from 40-100 bucks, depending on the details you want.
Pay close attention to certain habits they have, If there is something going on.. you will notice small changes… Don’t let your mind take control.. you have to be strong minded to play this game. It depends on how long you’ve been to gether… It may not be worth it to do this.
If you do the phone record thing, and find out you are wrong, take the paperwork out to a deserted area and burn it… you don’t want to get caught with that stuff by your spouse and have nothing to prove.
