I am getting ready to divorce my wife I made her sign a prenump when we got married 4 years ago. I get everything and everything of any value is mine regardelss of adultry or me being unfaithful. I am cheating on her with the nanny and but here is the catch if I so choose I can also make her pay me alimony for up to 12 years of 25 percent of anything she makes due to her being unfaithful. should I deny that right I mean she was a total idiot not to read the prenump throughly before she signed it. But she is kind of being a bitch and thinking that she is going to hold the kid over me or something.

What should I do make her pay alimony to? by the way I have solid evidence she is a drug addict so i will almost surley get soul custody of the kid anyway.
