Signs Of A Cheating Boyfriend?

Well, lets get this straight.
Hes 15, Im 14.
We’ve been togther for almost 5 months, and within the last 3 weeks ive noticed changes. now 3 weeks ago i got caught sneaking over to a friends house he was sleeping over at. He said ever since that happened hes wanted to be more mature whenever i asked him about him acting differently. Some other things are hes saying i love you alot more, again he said he wants to be more mature. 1 day i got a text from one of his old friends, a girl, when he was hanging out with some friends. the text wrote "(bf’s name) is flirting with me!" and i got suddenly angry. he called me off her fone, cuz his fone was not in service, and calmed me down. i still get suspicious all the time cuz i have serious trust issues, and he knows that, but its like he likes to play around with my feelings sometimes, and it gets me VERY upset. i dont want to have to break up wit him, but just give some pointers, and confirm me if thos things listd abov r not of a chetin bf.
plus, within the last few months, he keeps getting new phones, but has changed his number 3 times. just thought id might add. let me know if u want anything else
