How can I test my boyfriend for cheating….?

I decided to stop by my boyfriend’s house yesterday and surprise him because he mentioned to me he wasn’t feeling to well. I told him that day on the phone I wanted to stop by and see him and he couldn’t give me an answer. He told me this…"I’ll call you when I wake up". We didn’t have set plans. Knowing my boyfriend he is on a lot of medication and he sleeps a lot. I decided to stop by and bring some soup, out of careens and kindness because I felt bad that he wasn’t feeling good. I stopped by his house and he wasn’t home. I called his cell phone to tell him I was at his house trying to surprise him and he said he left to go to the market to get water. He then told me he’d call me back when he get’s in his car. He called me and told me he had plans with his Grandpa and asked me if I wanted him to come back to his house to chill with me or go see his grandpa. I told him to come back and chill with me. How can he make plans with his grandpa when he knew I wanted to hang out that day? I know family comes first but he knew I wanted to hang out with him before his Grandpa came into the picture. He never mentioned his Grandpa at all until I told him I was at his house. I asked him on the phone before we hung up if he got my text message asking in the message.."If he felt better?" and he said in response…"You did?" Then I said…"Yeah" Then he said…" Let me check it…Oh yeah you did!". How can my boyfriend forget that I texted him? He came home while he was on the phone with his Grandpa. He started to talk about his work with his Grandpa then he told his Grandpa this…"I’m sorry Grandpa that I can’t make it, I just got home" . He hung up the phone afterwards. He then told me I looked good. I felt so bad so I then decided to tell my boyfriend this…"I feel bad that you wanted to see your Grandpa, why don’t we both see him?" He then said this…"I’m not going to call my Grandpa and and reschedule again that would be rude and plus your not invited!" What he meant by that was this, it’s rude to invite you out of nowhere. He got all defensive when he said that. I got so mad that he said that, I walked out the door and slammed it and I started to cry in the hall way. I took a few breathes before I went back to knock on his door and he said "Are you okay?" and I said "Yes I needed to take a breathe" he then said "I was just about to go get you before you walked in" We then kind of settled things. He ate the soup I gave him and said it was good he then got more hungry so he order pizza. The pizza guy came along and he asked the pizza guy where he was from then he told the pizza guy that he knew some girls from where the pizza guy is from and he said it out loud, I think to make me jealous? After the pizza guy left he asked me if I heard what he told the guy. I was sarcastic and I said.."Yeah about those girls?" He then said "No" About where he is from. Afterwards we were okay. We decided to watch some TV. We then both went to sleep. I kissed him goodnight and then he went on top of me and we did some sexual things. It was 5:00am and his phone rang and I was half awake. I then asked him what is that and he said an alarm on his phone. He then went back to sleep. If it was an alarm why didn’t he wake up for it? I woke up at 8:30am to get ready for work. I went up to him to kiss him goodbye and then he asked me where I was going and I told him to open the door for someone at work, I didn’t want to tell him I was working today. Maybe he had plans with his friends that day not his Grandpa? Maybe he didn’t want to cancel his plans with his friend because I never did/do the same to him? Maybe he didn’t want to make it seem like he put me before his friends because I never do that to him? Are these signs of him cheating? Maybe he is playing games? Am I over reacting? How can I test him if he is cheating and not make it obvious? Any Ideas? Thank you so much!
