What would you do in this situation?
If you found out that your spouse had cheated on you and lied to you for three years, then you cheated on them once, and then you both decide to reconcile and 4 years later your spouse is cheating on you again and you had to break into their email (still not sure if it’s legal to break into a spouse’s email using a known zip code) to find out because they kept denying what you knew to be all the signs of cheating, what would you do?

You had your answer when you decided to break into the email. You must have suspected something or else you would not have had to go through such drastic measures. I always listen to my gut about issues in life. It has not failed me yet. Repeat cheaters are just that. It is what it is. You have to decide if that’s something you can deal with. If not… Oh well.
