How would you catch your cheating military and masonic spouse?

My spouse is very suspect. He’s starting to not answer his cell phone when I call him at work, stays over 2 hours at Masonic meetings, has an excuse for why he can’t use his cellphone at work on base, every time we have a conversation he turns it into an argument and blames it on me. He even states that I cook too much. He went to a Masonic meeting in L.A. this weekend , left home around 5am(to carpool), I called him at 3pm no answer, he calls at 5pm. His reason for not calling, again, he could not take the phone in the building. What would you did in this situation to skin this cat?
